Detective Frank Dugan returns to his life at the beautiful beaches of Stuart, Florida, but the peaceful ocean community is suddenly rocked by a series of horrific murders; murders aimed at overwhelming the Martin County Sheriff’s Department and especially its lead detective.

It soon becomes evident that whoever is committing these murders has an agenda, an agenda that lists Frank Dugan as its number one priority for death.
